What You Will Be Doing
- Mix and maintain live audio assets and audio spaces within BB WC.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with Production Arts Ministry, Worship Ministry, Preaching Ministry, other ministries and campuses.
What We Are Looking For
- Competency in live audio production and PA systems, consoles, racks, routers, signal flow, recording gear and various digital audio equipment.
- Working knowledge of DiGiCo, Waves, RF, digital infrastructure i.e. Dante, Madi, patching, microphone technique, etc...
- Ability to problem-solve and clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well on a team.
- Must be passionate about creating excellent experiences, including partnering with ministries in executing events outside of the weekend experience.
