About the role
We're seeking a skilled Russian Voice Actor to bring characters and stories to life across various domains, using their voice to capture the right emotion, personality, and tone.
Responsibilities
- Record voice-overs from a professional home studio or in-studio sessions
- Perform lines with clarity, emotion, and appropriate pacing
- Interpret scripts and take creative direction
- Revise performances based on feedback
- Deliver high-quality audio files on time and in the correct format
Requirements
- Previous voice acting experience
- Strong vocal control and versatility
- Clear speech and emotional range
- Native or fluent proficiency in Russian
- Access to high-quality recording equipment (for remote roles)
- Able to follow direction and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dubbing, ADR, or localization
- Demo reel showcasing a variety of voice styles
- Background in acting or performing arts
- Familiarity with audio editing tools
Compensation
- The rate posted is per audio hour.
- This rate is per hour of audio you record and deliver, not per hour worked, so you do not need to complete a fixed number of hours.
- Additionally, a one-time onboarding and training payment is paid after you complete your first 20 minutes of recorded audio.
- All recordings are quality-reviewed, and only audio that meets the quality bar is eligible for payment.

Offer Details
- This is a flexible agreement, not a full-time or part-time employment position.
- Hours are not guaranteed and work is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Evaluation Process

- Once confirmed, you will complete a short onboarding and training task (approximately 30 to 60 minutes).
- Shortlisted candidates then undergo a delivery review, after which they are ready to start.
