Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet company production and quality standards
- Basic technology skills (email, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Spend time outdoors in varying weather and elements

Responsibilities
- Wash vehicle exteriors, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down doorjambs
- Vacuum interiors to remove loose dirt and debris
- Clean engines and engine compartments with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects (dents, scratches, torn upholstery, poor mechanical operation)
- Use proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection
- Fill vehicles with fuel
- Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
- Maintain showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Use buffer to detail vehicles
- Report any safety issues immediately to management
- Empty garbage into designated areas
- Open and close the lot for business
- Keep service drive clear and clean at all times
- Clean customer lounge area and coffee area at all times
- Maintain appearance of entire lot
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Park vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of Sales/Marketing to ensure lot attractiveness
- Assist Sales and Service Staff in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations
- Add and maintain key tags and window stickers on all lot vehicles
- Drive vehicles to other dealerships for dealer swaps or to other vendors as requested
- Pick up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles
- Complete additional tasks as directed

Pay
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
