Attractions Operator

About the Role

Natural Bridge Caverns is seeking full and part-time Attractions Operators to create a fun and safe environment for guests at the Twisted Trails Adventure Course, AMAZEN’ Ranch Roundup, and the B.A.T. (Belt Assisted Transport). Operators are key team members who ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors while maintaining a strong focus on safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Communicate ropes course rules clearly and courteously to guests of all understanding levels.
• Maintain situational awareness and ensure guest safety at all times.
• Assist in medical emergencies as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the attractions clean and organized.
• Provide problem-solving support for guest inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to smile, be hospitable, and create a positive experience for guests.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Willingness to learn and follow in-depth knowledge of ropes course rules and safety protocols.
• No prior experience in tourism or hospitality required; all training is provided in-house.

Training

Training is completed within the first week of employment and includes a mix of hands-on and one-on-one approaches.

Pay

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour.
