Attorney — Title Opinions — Hybrid Remote
You render title opinions — you know a clean chain from a buried defect, and you know that skill is rare and undervalued where you sit. This is the platform built around it — full-spectrum oil and gas work, Fortune 500 to E&P start-up clients.
About Us
Founded two decades ago and based in Houston, we are a nationally recognized energy law firm practicing across all areas of oil and gas law — title examination, energy transactions, corporate and energy finance, regulatory matters, and large corporate transactions — with a growing renewable energy practice. We serve a diverse national and international clientele, from Fortune 500 operators to E&P start-ups, and are regarded as one of the most recognized firms in the oil and gas industry. Many of our attorneys came up as landmen, operator-side professionals, or lawyers at large international firms, so we understand our clients' business from the inside and build solutions around how they actually operate.
