Attorney PIP

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to manage and oversee a large case load.
• Required to attend depositions and hearings.
• Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums, and discovery.
• Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case.

Job Qualifications

• 1-2 years of litigation experience
• 2-4 Years Of PIP Experience Required
• Must be in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Bar.
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, and relationship building.
• Ability to be a team player and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, possess excellent follow up skills and be able to consistently meet deadlines.
