Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients during critical times, providing guidance and expertise.

Requirements

• Senior Litigation Attorney: 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury
• Litigation Attorney: 2-3 years of experience in Personal Injury
• Strong litigation background
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Excellent legal writing skills (motions, pleadings, etc.)
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Experience conducting depositions
• Spanish fluency is a plus

Pay

• Senior Attorney: $150k‑$275K
• Litigation Attorney: $120k‑$150k
