We look for

We are interested in speaking with senior lawyers who share our values and want to practise law differently.

• Legal expertise: You will be a recognised expert in your field, typically with a minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience. Partners come from leading BigLaw, national and international firms, senior in-house roles, and established boutique or independent practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You will have the ambition and growth mindset to run your own practice. This may be as an individual practitioner or with a view to building and growing a team.
• Client-centric: You will have an established or developing client following and a commitment to building long-term client relationships and growing your practice.
• Collaborative approach: You value working alongside like-minded colleagues, sharing opportunities and contributing to a supportive international community.

Essential Requirements

• An active bar license (any state) with no restrictions
• Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis

Our recruitment process

• Introductory video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
• First meeting* with a member of the senior management team in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Second meeting* with another member of the management team or with a colleague from a relevant location or practice area.
• Background checks are conducted.
• Onboarding & training on our systems and meeting various members of our support team (including marketing, accounts and technology).
