Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Presents arguments in trials and other legal proceedings.
- Completes all legal functions in disciplinary cases, including investigations, preparation of pleadings, conducting discovery, handling hearings and trials, and preparing appellate records.
- Provides counsel and advice to grievance committees regarding the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and prepares written reports explaining committee decisions.
- Conducts investigations of complaints alleging violations of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and makes decisions about whether complaints should be dismissed or referred to grievance committees.

Qualifications
- Required minimum education: Juris Doctorate and a Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.
- Required minimum professional work experience: Attorney: One (1) year of legal experience as an attorney. Senior Attorney: Three (3) years legal experience as an attorney.

- Attorney: $79,822.39
- Senior Attorney: $87,804.63
