Attorney Manager
One of Texas's largest plaintiff-side personal injury law firms is hiring an Attorney Manager to lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff. The firm operates across multiple major metro markets with a firm-wide standard of preparing cases for trial, and has invested heavily in formal management structures and litigation support so Attorney Managers can focus on client strategy, case development, and courtroom outcomes.

This leadership seat is designed for someone with formal management experience who is ready to direct a group of trial attorneys through every stage of case development at one of the country's most established personal injury practices. The role offers real leadership authority, strong institutional backing, and a compensation package that rewards team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff
- Conduct client strategy sessions
- Perform case evaluation
- Draft demand letters
- Negotiate settlements
- File and manage litigation
- Handle written discovery
- Review medical records
- Manage motion practice
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare cases for trial through resolution or verdict
Requirements
- J.D. degree
- Active Texas Bar license
- 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong Texas PI litigation experience
- Prior formal managerial background
Pay
$200,000 base plus team bonus. Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 per year.
