Attorney Manager
A large, multi-market Texas personal injury firm is hiring an Attorney Manager with prior formal management experience to lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff. This Jobot Job is hosted by: Gavin Gruwell.
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, with a $200K base plus team bonus.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff
- Conduct client strategy sessions
- Handle case evaluation
- Draft demand letters
- Manage settlement negotiation
- File and manage litigation
- Handle written discovery
- Review medical records
- Handle motion practice
- Take depositions
- Manage trial prep through resolution or verdict
Requirements
- J.D. and active Texas Bar license
- 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong Texas PI litigation experience
- Prior formal managerial background
