About the role

Stange Law Firm, PC has an immediate opening for a motivated, dynamic attorney to join our team in Clayton, Missouri. Our St. Louis-area headquarters office will be relocating to Creve Coeur, Missouri on August 1, 2026, providing an exciting opportunity to join our team during a period of expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and legal correspondence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial
• Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients
• Maintain organized and accurate case files
• Ensure all work product is completed accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases effectively and professionally
• Family law experience preferred, but not required
