Responsibilities

- Manage family law matters from inception through resolution - Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and legal correspondence - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties - Conduct legal research and analysis - Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial - Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings, and trials - Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients - Maintain organized and accurate case files - Ensure all work product is completed accurately and timely

Requirements

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required - Licensed to practice law in Missouri - Strong communication and advocacy skills - Ability to manage cases effectively and professionally - Family law experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications

- Experience in litigation preferred, but not required - Opportunity for advancement to senior associate positions after five years of litigation experience
