Responsibilities
- Work within a busy and fast-paced team environment
- Aggressively advocate for clients in insurance defense cases, including EPLI, LPL, and D&O
- Handle high case volumes with at least 5 years of trial experience
- Defend professionals in liability claims and handle employment claims and commercial litigation cases
- Provide thorough legal research, writing, and verbal communication
- Show exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
- Adhere to strict academic standards and be admitted to the CA Bar
Requirements
- More than 5 years of insurance defense experience with emphasis on EPLI, LPL, and D&O
- Prioritize high case volume with at least 5 years of trial experience
- Interest in defending professionals in liability claims and handling employment claims and commercial litigation cases
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the CA Bar
