Attorney- Employment and Labor Associate
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in employment and labor law
- Ability to defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination
- Experience representing employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases
- Provision of advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
- Pennsylvania bar admittance is helpful
