Qualifications

• Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Has an active license to practice law in California
• At least 1-10+ years of experience in construction defect, personal injury, professional liability litigation, or related areas
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases
• Provide legal advice and support throughout the litigation process
• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare for trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation
