We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney who demonstrates strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2-6 years of personal injury experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Active admission to the applicable state bar.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant federal and state laws governing personal injury matters.
  • Demonstrated experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
  • Excellent professional judgment, ethics, and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal practice environment.
  • Relevant continuing legal education or advanced legal certifications.
  • Proficiency with legal research databases and case management software.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and client representation.
  • Evaluate personal injury claims and develop effective legal strategies.
  • Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, settlement documents, and other legal materials.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Advise clients regarding their legal rights, options, and potential outcomes.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests throughout the claims and litigation process.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks.
  • Stay current with applicable laws, regulations, and legal developments.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other relevant parties.
