About the role

The attorney will work on a wide variety of matters mainly relating to automobile replevins, seizures, forfeitures, impounds, and associated litigation. The attorney will also be involved with handling creditors’ bankruptcy work.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in Kansas and Missouri (or willing to secure such licenses).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Accuracy, with the desire and ability to handle a high volume of work.
• The ability to acknowledge and respond to situations with tight deadlines.
