A highly respected boutique family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated, high-value family law matters alongside experienced attorneys with decades of combined experience.

The firm represents clients in complex and often high-conflict matters, including high-net-worth divorce, custody and visitation disputes, spousal and child support, property division, and other nuanced family law issues.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and, when necessary, trial.
- Analyze complex financial, property, custody, and support issues.
- Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other professionals.
- Develop creative settlement strategies while maintaining strong litigation readiness.
- Provide thoughtful, strategic, and highly responsive client service.
Requirements
- Active California State Bar membership and good standing.
- 3+ years of family law experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California family law and procedure.
- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex matters and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach.
Pay
$120,000 - $275,000 per year
