The firm represents clients in complex and often high-conflict matters, including high-net-worth divorce, custody and visitation disputes, spousal and child support, property division, and other nuanced family law issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and, when necessary, trial.
• Analyze complex financial, property, custody, and support issues.
• Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other professionals.
• Develop creative settlement strategies while maintaining strong litigation readiness.
• Provide thoughtful, strategic, and highly responsive client service.

Requirements

• Active California State Bar membership and good standing.
• 3+ years of family law experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California family law and procedure.
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters and competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach.

Pay

$120,000 - $275,000 per year
