About the role

This role can be worked remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid arrangement from our client's Albuquerque office location. We are a growing national litigation firm with offices across the country and a strong presence throughout New Mexico. Our attorneys represent insurance carriers, businesses, and professionals in sophisticated defense matters spanning multiple practice areas. You can work on a Hybrid basis in Albuquerque or remotely in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice and discovery
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Client communication and reporting
• Trial preparation

Qualifications

Our expanding New Mexico team is seeking attorneys with 2+ years of insurance defense experience to join our general liability defense team. Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability, First Party and PIP.
