Attorney
Job Summary
As an Attorney you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Providing thorough and practical assessments and advice while advocating for clients in and out of court during the legal process.
- Focusing on continuous quality work product and performance in the Firm’s energized and fast-paced environment while doing right, maintaining integrity, and achieving results.
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing documents, new referrals, complaints, motions and discovery requests and responses.
- Documenting account/file activity in accordance with the Firm and client policies and procedures.
- Cooking, attending court proceedings virtually, and, from time to time, traveling to various courts in the State and effectively handling all aspects of a case’s litigation life cycle.
- Researching and interpreting case laws, rulings, and regulations and formulating legal opinions for review by supervising attorney.
- Communicating with clients in a responsive manner to maintain and further develop client relationships.
- Negotiating settlements.
- Attending continuing education classes, webinars, and seminars to remain current and well-informed of any local, state, or federal changes in the law, rules of court or court procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified attorney with no discipline history with an active license in the state of ARIZONA.
- Civil Law Experience preferred.
- Will train.
- Possesses leadership skills and the ability to drive and motivate other employees to achieve results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills across a broad spectrum of attorney and non-attorney recipients including all levels within the organization and external.
Helpful Knowledge and Skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Work in a team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines and prioritize projects with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Legal Case Management Software.

Travel
This position requires travel to courts if needed.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range
$85,000-$110,0000 Salary Pay Range: (The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, and credentials.)
