About the role

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks an experienced Attorney to assist with its high-volume foreclosure practice. The ideal candidate will have a license to practice law in South Carolina and possess detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors' rights legal representation, particularly in real estate and foreclosure matters.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments
• Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution

Requirements

• Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
• Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
• South Carolina barred for at least 5 years
• 2 years’ plus experience in Creditors’ Rights
• 2 years’ plus litigation experience
• Exercise a high-degree of professionalism
• Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Membership in the South Carolina Bar
