Role: Litigation Associate (Warranty Defense)
Location: Remote (California | must be local and licensed in CA)
Compensation: $150K – $165K + discretionary annual bonus

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on litigation practice experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom exposure
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and mediations
• Exceptional research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage warranty defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial/arbitration preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop defense strategies
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters
