This is not a position where you need 10 years of experience or a long list of trials under your belt. What matters is that you have a foundation in personal injury litigation, have been involved in preparing cases for court, and are excited to continue developing your skills. Responsibilities

• Working on personal injury litigation matters from case development through resolution.
• Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Attending court proceedings and becoming increasingly involved in courtroom litigation.
• Working directly with clients and collaborating with other attorneys and support staff.
• Helping develop case strategies and keeping matters moving forward.

Qualifications

• Foundation in personal injury litigation and experience preparing cases for court.
• Practical litigation experience; first-chair trial experience not required.
• Willingness to learn and desire to grow professionally.
