We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Duties (maybe heading "Responsibilities"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to appropriate headings. We have Duties (list of duties). We'll use

Responsibilities

with
  • for each duty. We have Requirements (conditions of employment). Use

    Requirements

with list. We have Qualifications (including education, experience, principal selection factors). Use

    Qualifications

with list. We have maybe Skills? Not separate; but we can embed within Qualifications. We have Benefits? The posting mentions "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." but no specifics. So we should NOT create Benefits section because no specific content. Same for Pay, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes many paragraphs about drug testing, veterans info, etc. Those are substantive? They are conditions of employment maybe part of Requirements. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The drug testing policy is legal but maybe considered boilerplate? It's part of conditions of employment. Might be considered substantive? It's a condition of employment (drug testing). Probably keep as part of Requirements. Veterans info also maybe part of Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info; not remove conditions like citizenship, security clearance, etc. Thus we will include in Requirements list items: Must be U.S. Citizen, Excepted Service position, Tour of Duty: Flexible Schedule, Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive with Secret Access, appointment subject to suitability/fitness determination, FLSA Exempt, Selective Service requirement, Recruitment Incentives: Authorized, Bargaining Unit Status: No, Financial Disclosure Requirement: Required, REAL ID requirement, Drug-Free Workplace Policy details, Veterans' preference info, etc. We need to avoid duplication. We'll produce
