Job Summary

Primary responsibilities are to provide quality service in all Private Homes and Private Home Public Areas (PA). Colleagues in this role must demonstrate genuine concern for Homeowners and Colleagues while ensuring a friendly, safe, efficient and professional service.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Deep cleanliness of Private Homes, PA and HOH spaces and venues in any assigned section.
  • Exceed Homeowner expectations of housekeeping services.
  • Cleanliness of homesm public areas, and Heart of House spaces.
  • Perform scheduled housekeeping services for homeowners in Private Homes.
  • Meticulously adhere to the standard operating procedures pertaining to cleaning, sanitization and set up in Private Homes/ PA and HOH spaces.
  • Adhere to homeowner preferences while cleaning individual homes.
  • Adherent to the company’s standards regarding dress and appearance.
  • Extend appropriate greetings to all homeowners, guests and colleagues at every opportunity, using names whenever possible.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly cared for, cleaned and correctly stored.
  • Carry out off-season deep cleaning and other cleanliness projects as needed.
  • Ensure that all scheduled homeowner services are ready at time specified.
  • Inform In Room Dining team when room service trays need to be removed.
  • Avoid any damage to the property and report any defects to Executive Housekeeper and Director of Private Homes.
  • Report all lost and found items and follow SOP to ensure proper storage and follow up.
  • Adhere to grooming standards as set by One&Only Moonlight Basin.
  • Attend training courses as required and continually strive for the improvement of own knowledge and skills.
  • To assist with any other duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper, Director of Private Homes or another member of the management team.

Skills, Experience And Educational Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience may be an advantage, but not generally required.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers.
  • Strong knowledge of all Hotel facilities, their service and working hours.
  • Mantain positive attitude at all times.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling
  • Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
