Attendant - Casino Service Bar - FT

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
• Remove glassware from the casino floor, detail clean equipment, wash, sweep, sanitize, remove trash, and perform grounds maintenance.
• Ensure ample supplies of glassware are available during service periods.
• Perform work assignments directed by beverage management.
• Receive soiled glassware and place items by size on the automatic dishwashing conveyor belt.
• Operate dish machines and remove washed glassware, stacking them by size for future use.
• Polish glassware and return unsatisfactorily cleaned items for a second wash.
• Return glassware to proper departments and collect glassware from stationary casino beverage carts.
• Maintain knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and food and beverage department regulations.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification are preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and smell frequently.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties.

• May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
• The casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy.
