Essential Job Functions
This person is responsible for providing superior guest service to ensure that their all guests have an unforgettable experience. Stocking and efficient service across the casino floor.

Additional Requirements
- Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable in order to engage in conversation
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Requires the ability to work within a team environment
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift & to work inside assigned bar area in the venue
- Must be able to observe and quickly respond to various situations while multitasking
Work Environment
The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
