About the role
Paso Robles High School is seeking an Attendance Technician II for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Responsibilities
- Maintains attendance and emergency information on students
- Operates a variety of office equipment
- Type and distribute memos from rough drafts
- Works cooperatively with staff
- May act as a receptionist, maintain files, answer phones, provide answers to simple inquiries and routes calls as appropriate
- Performs other related work as required
Requirements / Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years clerical experience (Preferable but not limited to the field of education)
- Must pass the District Clerical Exam
- Certification of Google Suite - Basic level (to be completed by the end of the probationary period)
- Certification of basic first aid/CPR
