Responsibilities
- Maintains supervision of Attendance staff across multiple offices or states.
- Communicates advanced payroll related issues, reviews and corrects payroll related information, and reviews payroll time files for accuracy and outliers.
- Runs reports to identify process improvements, lost revenue opportunities, and potential labor and wage errors.
- Affords support to caregivers in understanding EVV compliance and State/Federal EVV program requirements.
Requirements
- High School Graduation or GED equivalent.
- Some college is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a busy administrative role.
- Previous supervisory and home care industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry.
- Ability to review and analyze data efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
- May be asked to travel on occasion to support a field office in time of audit or necessitating event.
