Duties
- Monitor trending job boards and social media
- Accurately source qualified candidates
- Travel to job fairs, recruiting events
- Develop creative recruiting strategies, including cold calling
- Communicate ATSG values to prospective candidates
- Support new hire information processing & onboarding presentations
- Collaborate with management to provide customer service and problem-solving support
Required Job Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or applicable combination of education and/or experience
- Ability to work on site daily
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Initiate conversation with candidates and sell the value proposition of ATSG with a “quick on your feet” mentality
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign and coordinate workload of assigned area and resources within a multiple project setting
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and as a part of a team
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products; email and web-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
PREFERRED Job Skills
- Experience in the aviation industry, preferably in recruiting
- Experience using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Career Boards, etc. for applicant recruiting purposes
- Experience working in an Applicant Track System, specifically UKG
