About the role
Atrium Health in Monroe, NC is seeking an additional Neurologist due to the expansion of their existing Neurology team.
Responsibilities
- Join and established well-respected practice
- Subspecialists willing to see General Neurology are welcome to apply - special interest in Headache, Neurophysiology, Movement, Neuromuscular and Cognitive Neurology
- EEG/EMG a plus
- Enjoy an established referral base
- Excellent clinical and administrative support
- No hospital call
- Epic EMR Training
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O.
- Successful completion of residency and at an ACGME accredited residency program
- South Carolina and North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O.
- Board Eligible/Board Certification in Neurology
- Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing required.
