ATP Test Technician

Responsibilities
- Must have a strong background with electrical systems theory of operation, ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions
- Execute test plans/procedures, collect test data, and report the results
- Solve manufacturability/product assembly issues by modularizing product
- Reviewed schematics, Bills of Material, and PWB layouts
- Develop and perform acceptance testing of electronic assemblies, from board level to upper assembly box level
- Able to use test equipment such as multi-meters and aircraft systems specific related test equipment
- Follow specific tool control, FOD control, and safety guidelines and policies
- Exemplary communication skills
- Works independently with little to no supervision
- Able to perform assigned duties while wearing required PPE safety equipment
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, or employee(s)
Requirements
- Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years’ relative work experience
- A & P License preferred
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in theoretical and practical experience with robotic technologies
- Able to clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc.
- Experience with RC flying and modeling preferred but not required

Pay
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus. Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 Hourly rate depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the hourly rate, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
