ATP Program Network Engineer

About the role

This role requires experience supporting Mavenir Messaging and related systems, as well as skills in automation, cloud-native architectures, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

The role involves supporting operational readiness tasks, alarm integration and tuning, and validating system stability before operational acceptance.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Mavenir Messaging (MCO, MMS, RCS, mStore, CDB, VMAS, etc.)
• Experience with TMO-implemented systems (ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc.)
• Experience in alarm integration and tuning for NOC visibility and alignment with SLO/SLI tools
• Experience supporting operational readiness tasks (FOA execution, ATP validation, CR deconfliction)
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python, or equivalent)
• Understanding of resiliency testing methodologies and hands-on experience validating system stability
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and virtualization technologies (OpenStack, VMware, RedHat OpenShift)
• Experience with Dell Hardware/IDRAC and managing infrastructure for wireless core applications

Pay

The typical base pay for this role is $60.00 - $64.00/hour, with eligibility for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate.
