Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and Atlassian-based solutions.
- Configure and customize Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Confluence to improve business processes and user experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver user-focused solutions.
- Develop custom workflows, automations, integrations, APIs, scripts, and plugins within the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise systems, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, and Maven.
- Create and maintain Confluence knowledge bases, permissions, documentation, and technical architecture artifacts.
- Define testing strategies and support Agile, CI/CD, security, and quality best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and continuously improve development efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environments and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued.
- Strong Jira administration and automation capabilities.
- Leverage Java, scripting languages, Agile methodologies, CI/CD integrations, and emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software engineering and Atlassian administration.
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD integrations.
- Experience with AI/LLM-driven capabilities including ticket classification, summarization, recommendations, and workflow automation.
- Experience with Atlassian data migrations and ensuring data integrity.
- Experience with Confluence knowledge base creation, permissions, documentation, and technical architecture artifacts.
- Experience with defining testing strategies and supporting Agile, CI/CD, security, and quality best practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing system performance.
