Responsibilities

  • Navigating the complexities of global tax regulations to optimize tax strategies and minimize risks
  • Supporting tax compliance efforts by preparing consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions
  • Aiding in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive sustainable growth
  • Participating in post-deal integration processes, including tax and finance integration
  • Collaborating with teams to develop tax models and provide tax consulting services
  • Engaging in active listening and teamwork to enhance client support and deliver tailored tax solutions
  • Utilizing intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax strategies and industry-specific challenges
  • Contributing to the preparation and analysis of purchase and sale agreements (PSA) for tax implications

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate degree
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA

Qualifications

  • Possessing a 3.5 overall GPA is preferred
  • Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working, and deliver distinctive outcomes
  • Demonstrating intellectual curiosity in tax consulting projects
  • Navigating complex tax regulations with innovative solutions
  • Utilizing corporate tax planning and compliance skills
  • Engaging in teamwork to optimize tax strategies
  • Developing skills in tax modeling and provisions

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $142,000
  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws
  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $142,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
