Atlanta Eye Surgery Center - Full-Time - CRNA

About the role

High level of autonomy - no medical direction. TEAM PLAYERS wanted; willing to train up on certain skills if you are willing to learn! Cases are all Local Mac/Sedation Cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists.
• Assess and manage patient conditions before, during, and after anesthesia.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a CRNA.
• Knowledge of local anesthesia protocols and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as a CRNA in the state of Georgia.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using anesthesia equipment and monitoring devices.

Pay

$225,000-275,000k Base + $40,000 Retention Bonus
