About the Role

Prepare, coordinate, and manage C-Check work packages, including conformity and reliability tasks for Aircraft Modifications and C-Checks. Order parts as necessary for ATI conformity scope and advise the Manager of Maintenance Planning on upcoming heavy maintenance requirements based on projected flight times and utilization.

• Accurately plan and forecast projected scheduled heavy maintenance.
• Order hard time components to align with the planned heavy maintenance schedule.
• Create flowcharts and graphs of projected planned maintenance requirements.
• Prepare, assemble, schedule, issue, and monitor C-Check work packages through completion.
• Advise Aircraft Records of the accomplishment of required maintenance actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Capable of standing, bending, reaching, and sitting for extended periods.
• Read and interpret aircraft maintenance technical data and translate it into concise, accurate work descriptions.
• File documents and maintain a file system.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written skills.
• Travel required up to 30% of the time (passport allowing international travel required).

Preferred Skills

• A&P License.
• Planning experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of aircraft maintenance background.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
• Comply with ATI attendance requirements.
• Light to moderate lifting required.
