About the Role

This position involves planning and coordinating training for Planeside Representatives, managing administrative tasks, and supporting loadmaster operations. The role requires close collaboration with multiple agencies, maintaining training records, and handling travel logistics for personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate Planeside Representative Training classes with multiple agencies.
  • Send notices to Ground Handlers and set up materials needed for training classes, including catering if required.
  • Maintain Planeside Representative training records across Amazon and AMC.
  • Provide other agencies' Training Departments with copies of sign-in sheets.
  • Coordinate Ground Security Coordinator – Web-Based Training.
  • Support ADHOC Charters and maintain Loadmaster currency for individuals.
  • Process Loadmaster and Planeside Representative Visa/Passport applications and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle routine correspondence, and maintain confidential files.
  • Maintain office supplies and provide vendors with current policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of civilian or military loadmaster experience OR five (5) years’ experience loading commercial aircraft, preferably in a supervisor or lead position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with Company, vendor, customer, and agency personnel.
  • Successfully complete and maintain pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email; ability to type using a computer keyboard.
  • Ability to work and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of moving over and around cargo while performing loadmaster duties.
  • Willingness to work beyond a normal 8-hour workday and travel at a moment’s notice for up to 14 days minimum.
  • Provide copies of previous loadmaster training records.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified in weight and balance or load planning.
  • Certified in acceptance, loading, stowage, and handling of Hazardous Materials.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach in sometimes awkward positions; sit for extended periods of time.
  • Light to moderate lifting is required.
  • Comply with ATI attendance requirements.
