Athletics: Volleyball - Middle School Girls Head Coach

Responsibilities

• Helping student-athletes grow spiritually, athletically, emotionally, and socially
• Emphasize skill development, teamwork, discipline, accountability, competition, and character formation
• Model Christian leadership
• Teach the fundamentals of the sport
• Prepare student-athletes for future athletic opportunities and leadership

Requirements

• A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (especially with youth teams)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity

Qualifications

• Must complete required background checks and child protection training
