About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to improve players' skills
- Organize practices and games, ensuring safety and adherence to rules
- Mentor and coach players, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with other coaches and administrators to enhance team performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
- Experience coaching youth sports, preferably volleyball
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
Qualifications
- Passion for volleyball and working with young athletes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
