About the role
NON-DUKE STUDENTS OR PROFESSIONALS WHO TUTOR STUDENTS WHEN DUKE STUDENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR AND/OR SUMMER SCHOOL, DEPENDING ON THE NEED FOR THESE SERVICES.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with learning materials for their courses either in one-on-one or group sessions.
- Monitor the academic progress of the student.
- Work with academic advisors to assess the needs and progress of the students.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Pay
Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $20.00 to USD $25.01. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
