Pay

$43,680–71,323/year

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• May require some holidays
• Other days/times determined by department needs and urgent situations

About the Role

UK Healthcare is seeking a clinical athletic trainer. The successful candidate must communicate effectively and professionally with physicians, patients, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients
• Appointment follow-up
• Patient education
• Home exercise programs
• Managing patient calls into clinic pertaining to pre- and post-operative care, prescription refills, prior authorizations, and general patient care questions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Athletic Trainer Certification
• 0 years of required related experience

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive motion
• Standing or walking with objects up to 10 lbs
• Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50 lbs
