About the role

Assist with diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of pediatric and adolescent sports injuries.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promotes Pediatric Sports Medicine practice.
  • Develops relationships with high school athletic trainers in St. Louis region, including participation in high school sporting coverage.
  • Affords coordination of outreach and education programs on pediatric and adolescent sports injuries including prevention programs.
  • Develops teaching materials to support patients and their families with sports injuries.
  • Affords assistance to Pediatric Sports Physician in the Operating Room.
  • Affords assistance in all aspects of the clinical care of pediatric and adolescent athletes – including diagnosis, preoperative education, surgery, postoperative follow-up and rehabilitation.

  • Physical Effort: Typically sitting at desk or table, typically standing or walking, typically bending, crouching, stooping, occasionally lifting (25 lbs or less).

Education

  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree.

$54,600.00 - $81,900.00 / Annually
