Athletic Trainer/ATC

About the role

Work‑Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to work in an industrial setting in North Charleston, SC. The role focuses on injury prevention through Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work‑site visits and other prevention services, supporting a 40‑hour work week with no weekends and offering competitive pay plus incentive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work‑site visits and other prevention services
• Engage employees in an occupational environment
• Focus, organize and prioritize delivery of services
• Lead, develop and grow professionally while preventing injuries before they occur
• Work collaboratively with a team of Athletic Trainers and Exercise Professionals to provide cutting‑edge programming

Requirements

• Certified Athletic Trainer (or eligible for state licensure)
• Current state licensing as an Athletic Trainer or eligibility for licensure
• Competency with Microsoft Office software
• Skilled communicator and motivator who works well in a team
• Ability to focus, organize and prioritize service delivery
• Natural leader who thinks outside of their comfort zone
