About the role
Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to deliver an injury-prevention model that includes Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits, and other prevention services in an industrial setting—one of the fastest-growing practice areas for Athletic Trainers.
Schedule
4-10 schedule, Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–6 PM (40-hour work week, no weekends).
Pay
Hourly pay range: $31.25 – $36.06, plus incentive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Engage employees in an occupational environment to prevent injuries before they occur.
- Mentor fellow team members and lead program development.
- Communicate effectively, motivate others, and collaborate as part of a team.
- Organize, prioritize, and deliver on-site services.
- Demonstrate leadership by thinking creatively and stepping outside your comfort zone.
Requirements
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential.
- Licensed within the state as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for licensure.
- Competency with Microsoft Office software.
- Natural leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills.
