Responsibilities
Works closely with the Director of Athletic Training, Athletic Director, coaches, student athletes, and physicians regarding the prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of all injuries related to participation in various athletic programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field required; a master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Six months to two years of experience.
- Current BOC certification.
- Successful completion of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification exam is required.
- Current or eligible for the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license.
- Current CPR & AED Certification required; CPR/First Aid Instructor preferred.
