Key Responsibilities
- Unload, roll out, cut, and fit synthetic turf sections precisely
- Seam and glue turf to create smooth, secure joins
- Spread and level infill materials evenly across turf surfaces
- Operate turf installation tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect turf installation for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth turf installation
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or athletic surface installation preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools usage
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
Physical and Travel Requirements
- Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions including heat and humidity
- Capable of standing, kneeling, squatting, and bending for extended periods
- Must be prepared for frequent travel that can last for extended periods (GeoSurfaces covers hotel and daily per diem during travel)
- Reliable transportation to meet the crew or job site
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screening, consistent with applicable laws
