Athletic Facility Worker
Duties
Performs routine event set-ups and custodial duties to ensure areas within the Athletic Department are prepared for both athletic and outside events and the facilities are well maintained.
Must be able to work in a team environment with different individuals. This is a fast paced environment with a need for proactive attitude and good customer service skills.
Must possess knowledge of light custodial and janitorial duties.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Collect and remove refuse from offices and buildings
- Dusting, mopping, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, waxing, scrubbing, polishing and snow removal from sidewalks and stairs.
Qualifications
- Ability to work at heights
- Bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, balance, climbing, squatting/sitting, twisting, grasping, and crawling.
- Reach at various levels from floor to overhead.
- Ability to move/manipulate/carry up to 50 lbs.
