Athletic Facilities Manager/Assistant Baseball Coach

About the role

The Athletic Facilities Manager/Assistant Baseball Coach is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all athletic facilities at Stambrose University. This individual will also assist in coaching the baseball team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair athletic facilities including fields, courts, and equipment.
• Coordinate with coaches and players to ensure proper use and care of facilities.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance athletic programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in athletic facility management or similar role.
• Experience coaching baseball at the collegiate level preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$50,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
