About the role
The Athletic Facilities Manager/Assistant Baseball Coach is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all athletic facilities at Stambrose University. This individual will also assist in coaching the baseball team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair athletic facilities including fields, courts, and equipment.
- Coordinate with coaches and players to ensure proper use and care of facilities.
- Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance athletic programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in athletic facility management or similar role.
- Experience coaching baseball at the collegiate level preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills

- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Pay
$50,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
